It was NL-net who were the people who cut off all the Libre-SOC funding due to Lukes’s blatant dishonesty and attempted theft of a six figure EU grant. This was so severe not only was he stopped from hijacking the grant all existing grants to Libre-SOC were revoked. I understand the EU Fraud Audit office were consulted as it was EU Horizon money.
Luke is a very unwell individual who has mentally lost control of reality and certainly the facts, and if only a fraction of the heart attacks, strokes, bleeds on the brain and the rest he claims are true it is clear that his metal state and memory is going to be unreliable at best. We continue to speak to and cooperate with all the other members of Libre-SOC who have moved on and reformed as a new group excluding Luke. The contact however is social as we dropped all Luke and Libre-SOC IP and trademarks etc as completely unworkable and started a new company with completely new technology that is hardware not software. You have to keep in mind also that all our Engineering team were active members of Libre-SOC.
On a legal point Luke was dismissed under UK HR and Companies Act law for the abuse of his colleagues and an assault on a female employees flat mate, and he was Dismissed from RED Semiconductor Ltd, which no longer exists as to move on from Luke we clean roomed all our technology and formed a new company to ensure nothing of Lukes technology remained.
